Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and was addressed
in Notes 6.5.1.

SPR# JCON5MJ2LM - Section on subform with signed field is fixed to include the
date and time of the signature. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
Steps To Reproduce Issue:
1. Create a subform with an editable text field.
2. In the field's Properties box go to the Advanced tab (3rd tab, Beanie
icon), and select "Sign if Mailed or Saved in Section" under Security Options.
3. Create a controlled access section that encompasses that field by
highlighting the field and the desired info around it, then selecting Create
--> Section --> Controlled Access.
4. Save the form.
5. Create a document with the form.
6. Save the document and then place it into Read mode (by pressing the CTRL+E
keys on the keyboard).
Observe that the date and time are missing from the section's signature
